- 2. Do I need to install Mobyforce® on my servers?

Mobyforce® is a cloud based solution and it does not require any installation. After you sign up, you will get a administrator account and subdomain on our servers. You could start using Mobyforce immediately. The whole process does not take more than 5 minutes.
- 3. How do I download Mobyforce apps?
- Our Android apps are available on Google play store. You can download Mobyforce Logistics app from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobyforce.logistics. We will update on the availability of iOS and BlackBerry apps..
- 4. Is my data secure?
- Our web servers are hosted in a highly protected data center in US and our backend data resides on Amazon S3 servers. The communication between the smartphone and the servers is through 256-bit encrypted SSL channel.
- 5. How much does it cost for Mobyforce?
- Mobyforce is offered on a monthly basis for roughly 1 US dollar a day per user.
- 6. How do I get support?
- We offer support over phone and email. Our dedicated support team is available 24X7 to answer your queries.
- 7. How do I notify my field staff about new work orders?
- As soon as new work order or task is assigned, the agent will get a notification on the Android home screen. Similar feature is available on iOS and Symbian phones.
- 8. How do I backup Mobyforce® data?
- Our server team takes care of backing up the data.
- 9. Is there a trial version available?
- Yes, we offer 1-month trial offer. There is no credit card information required for sign up.
- 10. How I get access to futures updates of the Web application and Android apps?
- The backend web application is automatically updated on a monthly basis when we release updates. You will get notified from the Google play store on updates of Android apps.
